An approach to systems design II: the popularisation of PROPLAN

The Systems Design PROgram PLANning formulation described previously (Pengilly, 1976) is developed as a non-algebraic tool. It is adapted for the design of large systems and the projected natural flow to Data Base Definition is demonstrated. The end result is a comprehensive system documentation.
