A multiple-precision floating-point interpretive program for the Control Data 1604

This paper describes the basic features of a program for arbitrary precision floating-point computations for the Control Data Corporation 1604 computer. The input-output conversion technique is also described and some examples are given of calculations carried out in double and triple precision.
