The impact of microcomputer systems on commercial data processing

In commercial data processing the reaction to the advent of microcomputers predictably has been slower than in other areas. In a few companies a limited amount of micro equipment has now been introduced. This paper examines some problems which have been faced and the reaction which those problems have induced.
